How can I pay?
You can pay by card, by PayPal, or through Ecwid Payments — whichever you prefer. All three options appear at checkout, so you can pick the one you are most comfortable with.
Can I use a gift certificate online?
Not through the website, but we are happy to take one over the phone. Call the gallery at (603) 778-8282 and we will complete your order for you.
I would rather order by phone.
That is fine. Call (603) 778-8282 during gallery hours and we will take your order and your payment directly.
Privacy and security
What do you do with my information?
Exeter Fine Crafts does not share information about you with anyone. We ask only for the minimum information required to complete a sale.
How is my card protected?
We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, PayPal or Ecwid Payments, depending on which you choose. Each of them is responsible for processing your payment and for card security, and each meets the payment industry’s security standards.
Will this policy change?
Exeter Fine Crafts may amend this privacy policy from time to time. If we make a substantial change to the way we use your personal information, we will post a prominent announcement on this website.

Call the gallery and we will sort it out with you. We would always rather talk than have you guess.

Exeter Fine Crafts is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to preserve and promote handcrafted arts and craftspeople in northern New England so they continue to be a visible, vital and cherished part of our cultural heritage. By providing both an educational and a retail environment, we expand public awareness and understanding of craft traditions and innovations, and increase public and private support for fine crafts and craftspeople.
